Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, spanning traditional and/or Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of PMI best practices and the ability to implement them in real world situations.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to mitigate risks with internal and external customers.
• Excellent understanding of enterprise business technology tools and implementation experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while delivering customer service.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project goals, scope, milestones and success criteria with metrics to track progress.
• Establish clear, iterative deliverables and ownership to ensure ongoing progress.
• Provide timely updates to project owners and leadership for prioritization and resource planning.
• Manage cross-project impact and ensure seamless integration with minimal disruption.
• Promote Agile mindset while applying waterfall or other methods where appropriate.
• Maintain alignment with strategic vision and address misalignment.
• Own initiatives through transition until fully operational.
• Support strategic planning and drive system improvements.
• Elevate the department's reputation by delivering value and results.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Architects, Developers, BAs and QA in an iterative lifecycle.
• Manage internal and external resources, including financial and human resources.
• Partner with business stakeholders as collaborators, not just requesters.
