Job summary

You will plan, execute, monitor large programs, develop scopes and budgets, mitigate risks, and report progress to executive leadership, aligning MD Anderson goals with patient outcomes and organizational efficiency.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in a related field and 6 years in healthcare performance improvement or project management;

Qualifications

• 6 years of healthcare performance improvement, consulting, research, or project management.
• Preferred: Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects that advance strategic priorities.
• Independently drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and outcomes reporting.
• Develop scopes, resource plans, budgets, and work plans with stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks and maintain momentum across teams.
• Establish outcome metrics and report progress to leadership.
• Coordinate with MD Anderson to align goals and measure ROI and patient outcomes.
