The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston seeks an experienced project leader to drive strategic, enterprise-level technology initiatives that improve patient care and operational excellence.

Ideal candidates have clinical project management experience with large, cross-functional programs, PMI-PMP certification, and a track record of delivering Epic EHR and ancillary systems. This hybrid onsite/remote role requires 6+ years in PM and strong executive communication.

Qualifications

6 years experience including five in project management and five in application/infrastructure services.
May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.
Clinical project management experience and enterprise-scale programs preferred, including executive-level presentations.

Responsabilités

Motivate and guide project teams toward common goals.
Demonstrate strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Coach and mentor TDI Project Managers and contract PM resources.
Engage stakeholders to manage expectations and demonstrate project value.
Coordinate technical requirements, training plans, and transition to operations.
