The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is seeking a Clinical Project Director for Project Management within the Technology, Data & Innovation (TDI) PMO. This role leads project teams, aligns initiatives with strategy, and ensures delivery of complex programs across a varied portfolio.

The position supports enterprise-wide technology, data, and innovation initiatives in a hybrid onsite/remote work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7 years of project management experience including 5 years in applications and/or infrastructure services.
• Experience with large cross-functional programs is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Motivate and guide project teams toward shared goals and mentor growth.
• Lead large, complex programs from initiation to closure following PMO standards.
• Oversee allocation of resources and monitor budgeting, costs, and forecasting.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines and quality.
• Communicate expectations clearly and build relationships with stakeholders and teams.
