The Clinical Operations Project Management Office supports organizational effectiveness by developing and implementing solutions that improve operational efficiency, standardize processes, and strengthen project execution across clinical operations.
The Program Manager plays a vital role in advancing strategic initiatives through project management, operational analysis, stakeholder engagement, and change enablement. The Program Manager collaborates with project and operational leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, while ensuring project success through effective coordination, communication, and monitoring. The Program Manager supports institutional goals by driving operational improvements and sustainable change.
The ideal candidate for the Program Manager role will be local to the Houston Metro or surrounding area.
This candidate should have healthcare experience, including at least one year of experience in a clinical operations role. To be successful in this position, this candidate should be experienced in managing timelines and demonstrate analytical, strategic, and professional communication with various stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is also preferred.
Salary: Minimum $79,000 - Midpoint $99,000 - Maximum $119,000
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Work Location: This is a Hybrid position, based in Houston, TX. Onsite flexibility required depending on business need.
