Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting or automotive sectors.
• Strong leadership and governance skills for multi-project environments.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex strategy projects for VW Group brands in the NAR region.
• Define targets for profit, budgets, and utilization; ensure project quality.
• Develop talent, establish quality gates, and drive knowledge sharing.
• Build cross-brand stakeholder relationships with executives.
