Job summary

Volkswagen Group Consulting (VWC) in Reston, VA, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead top-management strategy projects for VW Group brands in the NAR region. The role is hybrid, with travel required and a focus on revenue, cost, and talent development.

You will shape the consulting strategy, supervise project teams (up to 9 consultants), and drive process improvements across the organization. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifications

• MBA or PhD in business and/or engineering.
• 6+ years of experience in top tier Management Consulting, Automotive, other relevant industries.
• Fluent in German and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple parallel consulting projects or complex strategy programs (Board level).
• Define strategic direction, revenue, cost, and utilization targets for VW Group NAR.
• Coach and develop consultants up to management level in the NAR region.
