Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Specialist, Project Management for the Power Division in Camden, NJ. The role oversees program management activities, directs project phases, and drives cost/schedule performance with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, coordinating with engineering and operations, and maintaining DoD clearance within a year. Schedule follows a 9/80 pattern with every other Friday off.

Qualifications

• Requires advanced education and extensive experience in PM/engineering fields.
• Must obtain DoD Secret Clearance within 1 year; US citizenship required.
• Experience with cost/schedule performance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Directs all project phases from inception to completion.
• Manages cost, schedule, and technical performance; sets milestones.
• Collaborates with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Engages internal/external stakeholders and leadership; strong communication.
• Lead and adapt to obstacles; perform tasks with minimal direction.
