Job summary

The Project Manager, Principal will own end-to-end complex operational and technology initiatives within the Pharmacy Benefits, Claims, and Network Operations team, reporting to the Director. You will coordinate across vendors, IT and business stakeholders to plan, execute, and deliver initiatives on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of additional relevant experience.
• Requires 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs involving operations, technology, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives, identify risks and dependencies, and mitigate them in fast-paced environments.
• Deep knowledge of project management disciplines: planning, governance, stakeholder management, change management, issue resolution, executive communications, and resource coordination.
• Experience with external vendors and internal teams to drive accountability for large-scale initiatives.
