Job summary

Blue Shield of CA is seeking a Principal Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of complex operational and technology initiatives in the Pharmacy Benefits, Claims, and Network Operations space.

You will coordinate across multiple vendors, IT teams, agile squads and business stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring successful delivery with strong communication and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or GED/high school diploma with 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional programs with operations, technology, vendors and stakeholders.
