Job summary

WESTERN GROWERS GROUP is seeking a Project Manager to drive programs across operations, technology, and marketing. You will lead cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle using Agile and/or waterfall methods to deliver initiatives on time, within scope and budget.

The role emphasizes governance, stakeholder reporting, and post-launch support, with responsibilities spanning budgets, risk management, and dashboards to measure outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; 3–5 years PM experience.
• PMP certification is required; Agile/Scrum experience preferred.
• Experience with charters, project plans, schedules, and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of Agile and/or waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of projects across operational, technical, and marketing initiatives.
• Manage project budget, resources, schedules, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate testing activities including UAT and post-launch support.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and maintain project documentation.
• Provide regular status reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support change management and training efforts for initiative adoption.
