X-Microwave is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional customer projects from order entry through delivery in our Austin, TX facility. You will coordinate Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations to ensure clear requirements, realistic schedules, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and an effective communicator with experience in a technical manufacturing environment and a strong customer-facing orientation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management or related field.
• Experience coordinating multiple departments in a technical environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex customer projects across Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations.
• Serve as primary customer contact throughout assigned projects.
