You will communicate clearly with customers, manage schedules and risks, and ensure milestones and deliverables are met.

The ideal candidate has experience in a technical manufacturing environment, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management or related fields.
• Experience coordinating across Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Operations.
• Experience in a technical manufacturing or electronics environment is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex customer projects across multiple departments.
• Serve as primary customer contact for assigned projects and provide updates.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify risks early and escalate issues for timely resolution.
• Support order tracking, sales operations, and maintain accurate project docs.
