Responsibilities

• Lead matrixed teams of engineers, project managers, procurement, and manufacturing program managers to manage program deliverables.
• Engage Pilot Manufacturing to ensure early learning builds meet milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop commercialization plans and product improvements.
• Analyze design and identify manufacturability improvements; manage risks and issues.
• Prepare and present high-level program status reports to senior management.
