Qualifications

• At least 7 years of Project Management experience.
• At least 3 years of Process Management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience required.
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certifications preferred.
• At least 1 year of People Management experience.
• At least 5 years of Process Management experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in Compliance or Risk Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderate to large complex projects and programs with strategic direction.
• Design and manage project plans in a dynamic environment.
• Ensure proper project documentation to mitigate risk and ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive project delivery and achieve commitments.
• Coach and develop a team of associates to improve performance.
• Drive process improvements aligned with customer outcomes and data trends.
