Job summary

The Energy Authority (TEA) is seeking a Project Lead, Business Systems to serve as a program-level integrator across TEA’s business systems, vendor partnerships, and operational initiatives in Jacksonville, FL. You’ll coordinate sequencing, roadmaps, and release governance while collaborating with Client Services, Operations, IT, and leadership.

Strong project governance, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as TEA’s program-level connector across vendor initiatives, system enhancements, and operational changes.
Coordinate project sequencing, dependencies, cross-team impacts, and release timing.
Build and maintain project roadmaps and release calendars aligned with priorities and market needs.
Lead structured monthly vendor meetings focused on roadmaps, capacity, priorities, and releases.
Provide clear, consistent visibility into project status, risks, dependencies, metrics, and release timing.
Represent projects and releases at portfolio councils and leadership forums.
