You will translate research needs into executable plans, manage performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring a top-tier experience for Fellows.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex AI data or ML ops projects.
• 2+ years managing high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to translate researcher and customer needs into actionable plans.
