Job summary

Siemens Energy seeks a seasoned Project Director for Large Capital EPC projects in the United States. You will oversee delivery across a strategic customer portfolio, acting as the senior executive responsible for performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

Based in Raleigh, NC, you will partner with customer leadership and internal teams to drive execution excellence, manage complex risks, and deliver critical energy infrastructure that shapes the industry’s future.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, PM, Construction, Business or related field with 10+ years in large-scale EPC/substation projects.
• Proven leadership of complex project portfolios and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong commercial, contractual, and risk-management expertise.
• Ability to build executive-level customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project management organization supporting a strategic customer portfolio and ensure successful execution across all projects.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex project, commercial, technical, and customer-related matters.
• Drive project performance across safety, quality, schedule, customer satisfaction, cash flow, and profitability.
• Partner with Sales and Business Management to support strategic growth opportunities and long-term customer development.
• Build strong executive-level customer relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on project execution and delivery matters.
• Lead and develop a high-performing project management team while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure effective risk identification, mitigation, and governance across the portfolio.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, Finance, and Commercial Management to deliver business objectives.
