Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years in related industry with similar responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in multifamily development, retail, healthcare, education projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and P&L for the market sector.
• Provide strategic direction to achieve group goals.
• Oversee estimating, scheduling, design review, cost reporting, safety.
• Identify and manage risk of people, contracts, and insurance.
• Build a bench of strong managers and superintendents.
• Develop client relationships and pursue new opportunities.
• Oversee buyout process and subcontractor selection.
• Coordinate with PMs and Superintendents to ensure safety and quality.
• Deliver top and bottom-line results.
