Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and P&L for the assigned market sector; provide strategic direction.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, quality control, design review, and coordination.
• Identify and manage risk related to people, contracts, and insurance.
• Build a bench of strong managers and nurture client relationships.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure safety, quality, and schedule.
• Oversee buyout, subcontractor selection, and progress meetings with owners and design teams.
