Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee development and implementation of assigned projects for government contracts, handling budgets, procurement, technical writing, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities include creating work plans, interfacing with end users and IT support, ensuring quality, managing vendor deliverables, and supporting new business development through small proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; master's preferred.
• PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience on projects/programs for Government Contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Interfaces with end users, IT support, and client services.
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews deliverables.
• Manages the integration of vendor tasks and reviews vendor deliverables.
• Prepares SOPs, protocols and other technical documentation.
• Builds and maintains relationships with team members, vendors, clients, and departments.
• May lead small proposals or assist with major proposals for new business.
• Serves as primary or assistant technical and management representative for the company, customer, and senior leadership.
