Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in the construction industry.
• Experience with Oracle Unifier is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement cost and schedule control procedures.
• Develop construction cost estimates at each design phase.
• Manage independent cost estimates for change orders.
• Analyze construction schedules and impact of delays.
• Gather data for monthly construction progress reports.
• Maintain project budget including construction and design costs.
• Prepare presentations on cost, schedule, and project risks.
