Qualifications

• The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-facing background.
• Experience in project coordination or support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating comprehensive project plans that align customer requirements with company goals.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, vendors, and the company, managing communications.
• Identify resource needs and allocate appropriate personnel across projects.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, budgets, and timelines.
• Assist in budget preparation and provide financial reports to senior management.
• Implement quality control procedures and coordinate with QA teams to resolve issues.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans, updating stakeholders.
• Regularly report project status to stakeholders with progress and challenges.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple large-scale projects.
• Support administrative tasks such as meeting coordination and offsite planning.
