GlobalPoint is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support a Program Manager delivering the HR1 Program, a high-visibility initiative aimed at reducing SNAP error rates and improving program performance. You will coordinate activities, run executive and operational meetings, and develop reporting for senior leadership and Cabinet stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience supporting large-scale government or public sector programs.
Experience with program compliance, eligibility operations, or performance management.
Familiarity with SNAP, Medicaid, or social services programs.

Responsibilities

Support project activities associated with the HR1 Program and initiatives aimed at reducing SNAP error rates and improving operational effectiveness.
Coordinate across business, operational, policy, and technology teams to ensure alignment on program objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and corrective action plans related to SNAP error reduction efforts.
Prepare executive summaries, dashboards, and status reports highlighting key metrics, program progress, issues, and achievements.
Facilitate leadership, governance, and operational meetings focused on program performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Track action items and follow through with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables and program objectives.
