Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support a Program Manager on the HR1 program in Hartford, CT. You will coordinate activities, track actions, and develop executive-level reporting for senior leadership and Cabinet stakeholders.

The role focuses on reducing SNAP error rates and improving program performance across multiple concurrent projects, engaging cross-functional teams and ensuring milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale government or public sector programs.
• Experience with program compliance, eligibility operations, or performance management.
• Familiarity with SNAP/Medicaid or other public assistance programs is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support project activities for the HR1 Program and initiatives to reduce SNAP error rates.
• Coordinate across business, operations, policy, and technology teams to align on objectives, milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and corrective actions for SNAP error reduction efforts.
• Prepare executive summaries, dashboards, and status reports for senior leadership and Cabinet stakeholders.
• Facilitate leadership, governance, and operational meetings focused on performance and improvements.
• Track action items and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
