Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Project Coordinator to join its Advanced Solutions Group. The role supports project managers in planning, scheduling, cost estimates, specifications, and communications, interfacing with engineering and procurement teams across multiple client programs.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in technical projects, with familiarity in MS Project and procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of technical project experience.
• Experience with capital expenditure project processes.
• Familiarity with MS Project and procurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with planning, scheduling, cost estimates, specs, requirements, deliverables and team communications.
• Coordinate workflows with engineering and functional groups to align with the project control plan.
• Track progress, resources, ETCs, change requests, pricing, and client deliverables; identify issues.
• Assist procurement: vet suppliers, coordinate bids, contracts, change orders, feedback on performance.
• Interface with customers and internal/external teams to ensure information flow.
• Assist in developing new business opportunities and gathering data for estimates and planning.
• Support audits and quality improvements and disposition of non-conforming products.
