You will produce accurate cost estimates and preliminary schedules during conceptual and early design phases, collaborating with stakeholders to inform feasibility and budgeting decisions. You will lead project teams, maintain QA standards, and leverage industry benchmarks to optimize costs and schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost estimating, preferably in the conceptual phase of projects.
• Ability to develop preliminary cost estimates from conceptual designs and project requirements.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead on project teams to ensure accurate, coordinated deliverables and QA compliance.
• Develop preliminary cost estimates and schedules from conceptual designs.
• Analyze drawings and specs to prepare reliable cost projections.
• Maintain cost databases and provide reports to stakeholders.
• Support budgeting and financial planning for projects.
