Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking an Americas AES Project Controls Manager to provide strategic leadership for the project controls function across a portfolio of engineering and manufacturing programs. You will build and deploy the team, systems, and processes to plan, monitor, and deliver projects on scope, schedule, cost, and risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, informational sciences, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project controls, project management, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading resources on complex projects.
• Advanced knowledge of scheduling, cost control, forecasting, earned value management, risk management, resource planning, change control, and performance reporting.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, SAP, and Microsoft Excel, plus reporting/analytics tools like Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Assess portfolio demand and assign, obtain, and optimize project controls resources.
• Lead workforce planning, staffing, succession planning, and personnel development.
• Develop, standardize, and improve project controls processes for scheduling, cost management, forecasting, EVM, risk, resource planning, and change control.
• Lead Sales, Inventory, and operational planning for the AES business unit; interface with internal stakeholders.
• Establish systems, tools, templates, and governance for consistent, high-quality project delivery.
• Lead development of integrated, resource-loaded schedules reflecting commitments and dependencies.
• Provide leadership with resource demand, financial reviews, and delivery performance insights.
• Create and present concise performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Leverage data analytics, dashboards, and emerging tech to improve visibility and forecasting accuracy.
• Define and maintain an integrated project controls information architecture and data governance.
• Lead integration and automation initiatives to improve operability and traceability.
