Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, informational sciences, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project controls, project management, or related discipline.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, SAP, and Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess portfolio demand and optimize project controls resources.
• Lead workforce planning, staffing, and development for project controls.
• Develop and improve scheduling, cost management, forecasting, EVM, risk management, and change control processes.
• Establish governance and templates for consistent, high-quality project delivery.
• Create concise performance reports for senior management and stakeholders.
