Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in project controls or related fields.
• Experience with cost forecasting, scheduling, variance analysis, and progress reporting.
• Ability to translate data into leadership-ready reports.

Responsibilities

• Build the project controls operating system with standards for setup, cost codes, baselines, and change control.
• Create cost and schedule visibility through budgets, commitments, actuals, forecasts, and schedules.
• Turn performance data into early action using variance analysis and forecast reviews.
• Manage change from identification through pricing and baseline updates.
• Maintain risk registers and escalation triggers to inform leadership decisions.
• Strengthen project data discipline and documentation across systems.
