Job summary

Koch Ag & Energy Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to support Turnaround and Project teams across KAES sites. The role focuses on leveraging integrated processes, systems and data to analyze performance, forecast results and guide cost-driven decisions.

Up to 25% travel to US/Canada sites will be required, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will influence partnerships, implement best practices, and align cost structures

Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project and Turnaround teams to align on cost management plans and deliver competitive outcomes.
• Apply Principle Based Management to cost management practices.
• Build strong relationships and be a trusted partner across teams.
• Develop forecasts, analyze cost variances, derive insights and influence outcomes.
• Align team cost structures with execution plans and KAES standards.
• Improve data integrity and support risk optimization and change management.
• Proactively challenge status quo and drive continuous improvement.
