Koch Ag & Energy Solutions (KAES) is seeking a Project Analyst to partner with Turnaround and Project teams across the KAES fleet. You will leverage data and analytics to enable informed, faster decisions, building trusted relationships and driving standardized data practices.

The role emphasizes curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement, with responsibilities spanning dashboard development, reporting, and translating business questions into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Understand business needs and translate into analytics insights.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to support decision-making.
• Build relationships with internal customers to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Establish consistent metrics, reporting, and definitions for project data.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams for scalable solutions.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, and data modeling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project, Turnaround, and other business teams to understand needs and decision processes.
• Translate business questions and complex data into meaningful insights, reports, and analytics.
• Build trusted relationships with internal customers and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop consistent metrics, reporting practices, and data definitions across teams.
• Create dashboards and reporting solutions to make information easier to act on.
• Influence adoption of standardized data practices and analytical approaches.
• Facilitate cross-team discussions to align on priorities and data needs.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve reporting.
