Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Project Control Analyst to support a major Energy client in Charlotte, NC on an initial 3-year contract. You will help manage project lifecycle, track schedules and budgets, and apply controls best practices to drive informed decisions.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in project controls, strong communication, and hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project, plus ability to collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or project controls.

Responsibilities

• Support projects throughout their full lifecycle, from planning and execution to completion.
• Track and monitor project schedules, budgets, and funding to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Apply project controls best practices to assess progress, identify risks, and support informed decision-making.
• Utilize scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project in accordance with established standards.
• Analyze project data and provide clear insights to project teams and leadership.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different levels of leadership.
• Adapt to changes in scope, priorities, and timelines while maintaining project integrity.
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations clearly and effectively.
