The role is full-time and hybrid, based in Raleigh with three days in the office weekly. Candidates must reside in the Raleigh area and be ready for standard project controls duties including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of Primavera P6 scheduling experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Direct experience in a Project Controls environment.
• Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of WBS, estimating, cost management and change control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Generate recurring project controls reports and analytics by validating project data and distributing reporting metrics.
• Monitor project performance through schedule, cost, and change analysis.
• Track project scope, schedule, and budget changes while administering the change control process.
• Prepare and maintain project cost estimates in collaboration with estimators.
• Support Project Managers with WBS development, scheduling, estimating, cash flow reporting, earned value analysis, variance analysis, and critical path analysis.
• Produce project controls documentation and reporting in accordance with established standards and procedures.
• Lead project controls benchmarking and self-assessment initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementation of industry best practices.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with project governance requirements.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with project teams and stakeholders while supporting issue resolution and successful project execution.
