Job summary

Conflux Systems in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Project Controller to drive project execution through cost controlling, financial analysis, forecasting, and SAP-based data management. You will collaborate with Project Managers, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate financials and continuous process improvements.

The role requires hands-on SAP ERP/SAP PS, solid Excel and analytical skills, and experience in engineering or EPC environments.

Qualifications

Experience in Project Controls, Cost Controls, or Project Finance.
Strong forecasting, EAC, variance analysis and financial reporting.
Hands-on SAP ERP/SAP PS, WBS, and project financial data.
Proficient Excel with analytical and communication abilities.
Experience in engineering, manufacturing, EPC, or project-based environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain project financial structures in SAP, including WBS and cost plans.
Perform EAC calculations, cost forecasting, variance analysis, and budget tracking.
Analyze actual costs, commitments, cost-to-complete, and financial adjustments.
Support monthly forecasting, accruals, reporting, and project reviews.
Improve cost control processes, data accuracy, and reporting efficiency.
