Qualifications

• 5+ years of project coordination experience in construction or infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, procurement, and docs.
• Experience with project management software and document control.
• Strong communication and delegation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise due diligence and support proposal creation.
• Coordinate project kick-offs and setup in systems of record.
• Oversee task schedules, resources, and liaison with teams.
• Manage permits, agency coordination, and renewals.
• Track budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
• Prepare project documentation, minutes, and deliverables.
• Support subconsultant setup and invoicing processes.
• Ensure projects meet operational and financial standards.
