Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience with complex projects and SDLC.
• Knowledge of program/project management methodologies.
• Business analysis and stakeholder management.
• PM certifications (PgMP, PMP, CSM, ACP) a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of execution activities to achieve business goals.
• Coordinate, monitor and provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop business knowledge to provide consulting for the line of business.
• Identify, develop and execute strategies to engage stakeholders.
• Primary contact for the project to the business partner.
• Create execution deliverables: task lists, requirements, gap analysis, testing matrices, and process flows.
• Define responsibilities and track project milestones.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Develop business case with problem, solution, costs and benefits.
• Ensure timely communication of issues.
