Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Project Management of Complex Projects, Software Development Lifecycle, Organization Change Management, Leadership, Relationship Management.
• Certifications/Specific Knowledge: PMI/PM certifications preferred (PgMP, PMP, CSM, ACP) or Business Analysis certifications (ECBA, CCBA or CBAP)

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and coordinate business analysis activities across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate testing efforts and manage stakeholder relationships throughout project lifecycles.
• Develop and direct execution plans, requirements documents, gap analyses, and test matrices.
• Identify risks, define mitigation plans, and track milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
