Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear insights, actions, and recommendations.
• Experience producing management reporting and communicating performance trends to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, well-structured requirements and documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including comfort partnering across business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership special projects with structured problem-solving, research, and operational or strategic analysis.
• Create executive-ready materials to enable timely decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional working sessions and drive follow-through on commitments.
• Develop and maintain recurring leadership reporting with metrics and risks.
• Build dashboards and visualizations to provide clear insights into performance and delivery progress.
• Source, validate, and transform data for reporting with controls and documentation.
• Define and maintain metric definitions and data-quality checks.
• Facilitate discovery of business needs and document requirements for solution design.
• Evaluate priorities and tradeoffs with options, dependencies, risks, and cost-benefit.
• Run delivery governance routines and stakeholder communications.
• Plan and coordinate business testing and validation to meet requirements.
