Job summary

Orano USA is seeking a Project Administrator to provide essential administrative and coordination support for Project IKE in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. The role focuses on document control, planning, and monitoring project activity within a fast-paced environment.

You will assist project managers, maintain information systems, and organize communications among management, teams, contractors, and stakeholders, helping drive the success of one of the nation's advanced clean energy initiatives.

Qualifications

• BA in a business-related discipline; business administration, project management, or related field.
• 3–5 years coordinating complex, multi-disciplinary, schedule-driven, and highly regulated projects in engineering, construction, industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project teams and information management systems.
• Strong teamwork and the ability to coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Assists in developing project policies and procedures, including writing, reviewing, and releasing official project documents.
• Facilitate clear communication between management, project teams, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage version control and organize electronic project files and shared digital repositories; support records management.
• Prepare and distribute progress reports and project metrics to leadership.
• Support onboarding of new project team members and maintain organizational charts and contact information.
• Coordinate, plan, track, and execute training for project employees.
• Assist management in achieving project needs, goals, and expectations.
• Perform special assignments as needed.
