Job summary

Orano USA in Oak Ridge, TN seeks a PMO Manager to lead project controls and governance for Project IKE, a uranium enrichment facility.

You will maintain schedules, monitor costs, manage risks, and coordinate across engineering, procurement, and operations readiness in a highly regulated nuclear environment. Onsite work Mon-Fri with potential extended hours to meet milestones; security clearance required. Competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive project controls, project coordination, or project management on large industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 preferred) and cost control systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to operate in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the integrated project schedule with discipline leads and the Project Controls team.
• Support cost control activities including budget tracking, change order review, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and drive follow-up.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries for leadership and stakeholders.
• Support risk management, issue tracking, and change control per project governance.
• Ensure compliance with nuclear quality assurance, safety, and security requirements.
