Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with job costing and revenue recognition.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
• Provide financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting support
• Assist leadership with financial insights and decision-making
• Lead general ledger close and reconciliations
• Review balance sheet accounts monthly
• Manage intercompany transactions
• Own month-end and year-end close processes
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Assist with annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
• Monitor actuals vs budget and analyze variances
• Support strategic planning initiatives
• Collaborate with project managers on budgets and forecasting
• Track job costs across construction projects
• Ensure accurate billing and profitability tracking
• Prepare project margin analysis and revenue recognition reporting
