Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 1–2+ years of project accounting, construction accounting, or job-cost accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, job costing, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and review client billings and invoices.
• Process vendor and subcontractor invoices.
• Track project costs, commitments, and profitability.
• Perform account reconciliations and month-end close activities.
• Assist with forecasting, cash flow tracking, and financial analysis.
• Maintain vendor compliance documentation, contracts, and project records.
• Partner with Project Managers to identify financial risks and resolve issues.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and support audit requests.
