The Bolton Group is partnering with a large financial services organization to find a Senior Accountant to join their team in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a very well-established organization that has never gone through any layoffs.

The schedule is fully on-site.

Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

Pay: 90K -115K + Bonus

The Financial Control Accountant will be part of a high-performing team, supporting various departments by leveraging technology for process improvements. This role centers around fund accounting, trade settlement, and securities operations across multiple entities and strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred)
• CPA or CFA required
• 2+ years of medium to large-sized firms public accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and databases
• Solid academic background in finance, accounting, economics, statistics, MIS, or engineering
• Willingness to commit for a minimum of two years
