Qualifications

• Experience in accounting, project accounting, A/R, customer billing, or collections.
• Manufacturing experience and cost-plus project billing preferred.
• Understanding of project cost tracking and contract funding.
• Proficiency with Excel pivot tables and lookups; ERP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer billings per contract terms and cost principles.
• Respond to TerraPower invoice questions and coordinate resolutions.
• Track invoice submissions, approvals, and resubmissions to minimize delays.
• Monitor costs billed, unbilled costs, and contract funding; report variances.
• Maintain billing trackers, AR aging, and management reports; support forecasting.
