Job summary

Keller Management Services, LLC is seeking a Project Accountant to support financial management of Keller North America projects. You will ensure accurate job cost reporting, revenue recognition, and billing support while maintaining strong internal controls.

Work with Project Managers, Field Operations, and Finance leadership to provide timely financial information and analysis for decision-making. The role includes month-end close, audit support, and process improvement to drive profitability

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA designation or active progress toward certification is a plus.
3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or project-based environments.
Experience with project accounting, job cost, and monthly close processes.
Knowledge of IFRS 15 or ASC 606 revenue recognition preferred.

Responsibilities

Participate in bid and contract reviews with financial input on terms and risks.
Own job cost integrity, including coding and alignment to contract scope.
Manage revenue recognition and progress measurement under IFRS 15/ASC 606.
Oversee billings, collections, and AR performance to support cash flow.
Partner with PMs on forecasting, variance analysis, and margin tracking.
Lead monthly close, prepare statements and variance commentary.
Maintain internal controls and support audit processes.
