Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace's Federal Solutions (HFS) seeks a seasoned business administrator to support strategy, marketing, and operations across geographically separated sites in a hybrid work model.

You will manage a proposal center, oversee budgets and accounts, support communications, coordinate travel, and onboard new staff while maintaining HS&E standards. The role requires at least 5 years of experience and the ability to obtain DOE/Top Secret clearances.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in business administration, site management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Dept of Energy "Q" and/or Top Secret/Special Compartment Information clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy, marketing, business development, and operations across sites.
• Manage the proposal center, infrastructure, and conference rooms; ensure continuity and coordination.
• Interface with Honeywell Aerospace staff and partners.
• Manage accounts, overhead budget, and corporate card.
• Support strategic communications, marketing, and events.
• Schedule appointments, maintain shared calendar, coordinate travel.
• Apply knowledge of procedures and pull data from systems.
• Develop organizational gate reviews.
• Onboard new employees and partners.
• Operate PCs to generate reports and maintain databases.
• Foster safe, inclusive, collaborative environment per HS&E.
• Proposal facilities management: multiple rooms and proposal center.
• Support business development with capture planning.
• Financial analysis: manage budget, invoices, accounting.
• Marketing, conferences management; plan and execute events.
• Knowledge management: maintain documents and records.
• Office support and equipment management.
• IT/e-mail account management for distributed workforce.
