Open Arms Health Care, LLC seeks a Manager of Special Programs and Projects to lead multiple company programs from planning through execution. You will coordinate across departments, track milestones and outcomes, and develop procedures and training materials to strengthen ongoing initiatives.

The role involves leveraging technology and AI tools to improve planning, reporting, and training, while supporting executive leadership with special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects, programs, initiatives, or operational processes.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with leadership exposure.
• Ability to communicate expectations clearly and follow up.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple company programs from planning through implementation and evaluation.
• Establish timelines, requirements, deliverables, milestones, and success measures.
• Maintain records of participants, progress, deadlines, certifications, incentives, and outcomes.
• Prepare regular program reports on participation and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve structure, participation, and long-term value.
• Introduce new ideas and resources to strengthen programs.
