Job summary

HACLA seeks a program administrator to plan, coordinate, and evaluate multiple community services, including digital inclusion, youth development, and family support. • Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, social work or closely related field; three years of professional program administration experience.
• Knowledge of public and business administration principles, budget management, and program evaluation.
• Strong oral and written communication; ability to supervise staff and manage contracts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and evaluate multiple program areas (digital inclusion, youth development, community services).
• Oversee Housing Authority computer labs and public spaces to enable learning and engagement.
• Prepare budgets, RFPs, proposals and administer contracts with service providers.
• Develop partnerships with external organizations to leverage resources and ensure steady program delivery.
