HACLA is seeking a senior IT professional to oversee advanced technical duties in database and business applications design, development, and security. You will guide project teams, evaluate data interfaces, and ensure data integrity across enterprise systems.

The role emphasizes leading IT staff, coordinating data migration, and delivering scalable, secure solutions aligned with agency needs and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or closely related field.
• Approximately 10 years progressively responsible experience in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), DevOps practices, systems analysis, applications design and development, including project lead responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Consult with users to identify business and technology needs and lead system analysis, design, and programming to develop and maintain data and applications.
• Develop and maintain data and application systems meeting user/business requirements; create custom queries and reports as needed.
• Define project scope, deliverables, and data interfaces; manage data migration and data dictionary upkeep; ensure data validity and integrity.
